Dear Sir,

Subject: Suggestion for Introducing Small Bread Packets for Bachelors and Nuclear Families- Reg-

We,the members of the PEBS trust,  hope this letter finds you well. We would like to offer a suggestion that we  believe could be beneficial both to consumers and your business.

Bread is a staple in the diet of many, particularly for bachelors, students, and small families. It often serves as a quick and convenient meal option, not just for breakfast but sometimes for dinner as well. From our observations, many individuals, especially those living alone or in nuclear families, typically consume about 5 slices of bread at a time. However, bread is currently sold in larger packs (400-450 gm, containing 12-15 slices), which is ideal for bigger families but not as suitable for smaller households.

Given this, we would like to propose the introduction of smaller bread packs, containing 5 slices. This size would cater perfectly to bachelors, students, and nuclear families, who often find it challenging to finish larger packets before the bread expires. The availability of smaller portions would help reduce wastage and encourage more frequent purchases, leading to increased customer satisfaction.

Many FMCG products have already successfully adopted this approach, offering smaller, more affordable packs to meet the needs of individuals and small families. Health drinks like Boost, Horlicks, and Bournvita are available in Rs. 5/10 packs, biscuits come in Rs. 5/10 packs, and coffee brands like Bru and Sunrise offer Rs. 2 sachets. Even cakes and buns are now offered in convenient smaller sizes. Following this trend, a 5-slice bread pack could fill a similar gap in the market.

Such an initiative would not only address the practical needs of many consumers but could also prove to be a significant business opportunity, likely leading to a rise in sales volume. The phrase "small is beautiful" would truly ring true in this context, as smaller portions can indeed drive bigger business growth.

We  humbly request that you consider this suggestion and explore the possibility of launching smaller bread packets in the near future. It would be a great convenience for many, and we are  confident it would be warmly received by the market.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Yours faithfully,
