Video game industry - a concept note

Video game industry - a concept note

Prime Minister Shri.Narendra Modi shared on his August 30 Mann Ki Baat an excerpt about computer games. Let me share some of the ideas my son put forward in this regard. Millions of Indians now play pubG on a daily basis. This is a beautiful game made by the talented game developers in China. No matter how much you play and watch, you will never get tired. No doubt such a unique battlefield was prepared and presented on different  lines after great scientific study. India is competing with China, everywhere. Competition at the border must be offset by a surge in the agro-industrial and technological sectors. The most important of these is the advancement in video games. We have before us the unique and sophisticated military structure of the Battle of Kurukshetra in the Mahabharata. The story of Ramayana itself can be turned into a great video game. The Maratha-Mughal wars, the Battle of Alexander, and the battles with the Portuguese-Dutch-British armies all serve as the basis for excellent games. Children will learn epics and history through this and will be able to develop the video game industry in India as a great industry. It is hoped that there will be constructive discussions and better funding in this area in the coming days.
